Yes — this is part of Glebe Cottage's C17 character. Please take care, particularly at night, and supervise young children on the staircase at all times.
Sadly no — the Grade II listing makes it impossible for us to make the structural changes required. Please contact us before booking if you have any specific concerns.
A Grade II listed building is a UK property of special architectural or historic interest. It is legally protected, meaning any significant changes require special planning permission to preserve its original character. For guests, it simply means you are staying in a piece of history with all the character that brings!

Yes — there are three garden areas: a front garden, a side garden and an enclosed rear garden. Both the rear and side gardens have outdoor seating and a table.
The garage is small and is suitable for storing bikes only.

📅 Booking & Payment
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Short breaks of exactly 2 nights are welcome all year round and are booked and priced automatically online — a £180 short break supplement is added to cover the additional preparation costs of a shorter stay. For stays of 3 nights or more, normal pricing applies with no supplement.
Check-in is from 5:00 pm on your arrival date.
Check-out is by 10:00 am on your departure date.

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking.

Yes — a refundable security deposit of £250 is pre-authorised at check-in and returned in full within 7 days of departure, subject to the property being left in good order.
